The Balcony rooms are the most unique and fun guest rooms in the house. There are only 6 of them, so book these rooms early if you can! Here you'll step through large, raised windows onto a wrought-iron veranda spanning the front of the hotel. Only guests who book the balcony rooms have access to the veranda. Features include:

The Mary Marshall Suite

The Mary Marshall Suite is our very best guest suite, and is a favorite for special occasions and weddings. Located on the second floor, with access to the balcony on the front of the Marshall House. Features Include:

Superior Double Queen

Superior King

Our Superior King Rooms are our most frequently requested rooms. These rooms are located on the front of the building overlooking Broughton Street. Features include:

Luxury King Suite

Our Luxury King Suites provide the ultimate in privacy and comfort. These spacious suites have a separate parlor and sleeping area. There are two of these suites. Both are located on the back-side of the hotel providing a very quiet and peaceful nights rest. Features include:

The Marshall House Classic Queen rooms offer warmth and elegance. Perfect for two, these rooms feature:

Accessible King
